Bed and Breakfast Regulation “La Valle”
The owner of Bed & Breakfast “La Valle”, happy to welcome you, announces the following rules of procedure:
ARRIVAL – CHECK IN (14.30pm.m.pm)
As the small family-run B & Bs, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day and night as is the case for hotels, so each guest is required to communicate by telephone to the property owner the expected time ‘I will arrive at least 24 hours before arrival. Except for special needs of our guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 14:30 and 22:00.
Upon arrival, each guest must provide the holder with a valid identity card for the registrations provided for by current legislation. The data of ours. Guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy policy.
DEPARTURE – CHECK OUT (up to 11am)
Rooms must be returned by 11am on the day of departure. You will be charged an additional day of stay after 11:00 am without the room being vacated. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned.
STAY IN BED AND BREAKFAST
Breakfast will be served between 7:30 and 10:00 am. Guests are kindly requested to inform them of their special needs when arriving, otherwise drinks (coffee, milk, hot water, cold water, fruit juices), bread, butter, assorted jams and other typical products will be provided. Please note any known food intolerances and allergies.
For entry and exit from the structure there are no times to be observed (with the key of the room is also delivered the key of the entrance gate). Since the home owner handes you the keys to your home, please close the front door each time you enter and leave for the safety of everyone. It is not allowed to bring other people to the house other than those in the room reservation unless they are authorized.
Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need:
Blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs, please do not hesitate to contact the home owner who will do their utmost to satisfy you. The change of bed linen or towels (which you find clean at the beginning of your stay) is done after the third night.
You will not be responsible for any service or service disruption, such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection, depending on the will of the facility.
Please check that after using the bath, the water taps are properly closed, do not throw in the water or in the sinks, nothing that can block pipes. Please do not leave the lights lit in the rooms and in the access corridors to the exit of the rooms.
Silence is required in the hours (23.00-08.00). In the rooms and in the breakfast room it is absolutely forbidden to smoke and the offenders will be sanctioned as per law.
Reserved parking is not guarded.
PAYMENT
Payment of rates (additional services excluded) is anticipated. Payment can be made via Wire, Credit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI, POSTEPAY), ATMs and Cash. No checks are accepted and no credit is made.
DAMAGE
If guests suffer damage to the accommodation or the items that furnish it, once liability has been established, they must be compensated in agreement with the owner of the property.
We do not accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to your property in the rooms.
